Eidetic Privacy Policy

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Eidetic is a mobile game published by YourELink ("YourELink", "we", "us", or "our"), based in Victoria, Australia. This policy applies to the Android app with package name com.yourelink.Eidetic and to information processed through the app.

YourELink is the controller of information it processes directly. Google and other ad technology providers may act as separate controllers or processors for information they receive through their services, as described in their own privacy notices.

2. Information stored on your device

Eidetic does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, postal address, phone number, or email address to play. The app stores gameplay information locally on your device so that it can operate and remember your choices. This may include:

• level progress, unlocked levels, scores, stars, and game-mode progress;
• coins, powers, revive tokens, equipped loadouts, and reward history;
• sound, vibration, help, and other settings;
• rewarded-ad limits, cooldowns, and transaction-completion markers used to prevent duplicate rewards; and
• privacy and consent choices stored by Google's User Messaging Platform where applicable.

Your gameplay progress is not uploaded to a YourELink account or YourELink server. Local information normally remains until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app, subject to device or operating-system backup and restore features you control.

3. Optional rewarded advertising and consent

Eidetic may offer optional rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob. You decide whether to start a rewarded ad in exchange for the reward described in the app. You can continue playing without watching a rewarded ad. Eidetic does not use banner or interstitial ads.

We use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage privacy choices where required. Depending on your region and choices, Google Mobile Ads and participating ad technology providers may automatically receive or process information such as:

• IP address and approximate location derived from it;
• device, operating-system, language, app, and advertising identifiers where available;
• ad requests, impressions, interactions, and whether a rewarded ad was completed;
• diagnostic, performance, security, and fraud-prevention information; and
• your consent or privacy choices.

This information may be used to deliver and measure ads, limit repeated ads, provide contextual or personalised advertising where permitted, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with law, and maintain or improve advertising services. Ad requests are made only when the app determines that they are permitted under the available consent status.

4. Your privacy choices

Where required, Eidetic presents a privacy message before requesting ads. If Google UMP requires an ongoing privacy-options entry point, you can reopen it from Eidetic's Settings screen to review or change available choices. You can also control advertising settings through your device and your Google My Ad Center.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already performed lawfully. Some non-personalised or limited ads may still use information for delivery, measurement, security, fraud prevention, and frequency control where permitted by law and your choices.

5. How and why information is used

We process information as necessary to:

• provide, save, restore, secure, and troubleshoot the game;
• apply optional ad rewards accurately and prevent duplicate or abusive rewards;
• remember settings and privacy choices;
• respond when you contact us; and
• meet legal, regulatory, security, and fraud-prevention obligations.

Where applicable, processing is based on your consent, performance of the service you request, our legitimate interests in operating and securing Eidetic, or compliance with legal obligations. Where consent is the applicable basis, you may withdraw it using the choices described above.

6. Sharing and international processing

We do not sell your directly identifying personal information. Information may be processed by Google and participating advertising providers when you use optional ad features, by service providers that help operate or secure the service, or when disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect users, rights, safety, or the service.

These providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence, including Australia and the United States. Where required, providers use recognised safeguards for international transfers. Their own notices explain their processing and retention practices.

7. Retention and security

Locally stored gameplay information is retained on your device as described in section 2. If you contact us, we retain the correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Advertising providers determine retention for information they process under their own policies.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

8. Children

Eidetic is a general-audience game and does not knowingly request personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to YourELink, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

9. European and other privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information; obtain a portable copy; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. These rights may be subject to legal limits and verification requirements.

Most Eidetic gameplay data is stored only on your device and can be removed through your device's app-storage controls or by uninstalling the app. For information processed by Google, use Google's privacy controls or contact Google. 10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Eidetic, its providers, or applicable laws change. We will publish the revised policy at this URL and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by another appropriate method where required.
